   I just installed 2.9.1 on a brand new blog. This is as basic as it gets. No themes, no plugins, no graphics, no posts. I cannot even get the basis setup complete in the dashboard because everything keeps timing out. I'm in a high speed connection hosted at godaddy. Half the time the dashboard won't load.
