login form in a page

    hi,

    I want to create a member area in this website.
    “Dealers login” is a link to a custom php file with my layout (get header, sidebar, footer…) in which I put a form to login.
    This returns:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header()

    How can I create a page with a custom login form in it?
