Making the ‘home’ link in the header bar redirect to an off site page

Hi I’m creating a site for somebody using wordpress with ‘panorama’ theme, see http://www.ordinarylives.org.uk/wordpress/. I have also created a home page for the site that isn’t part of the wordpress site and would like the ‘home’ link in the header bar to point here http://www.ordinarylives.org.uk rather than here http://www.ordinarylives.org.uk/wordpress/, can anybody advise me on how to achieve this, thanks, Graham
