    Error in 3.1.3 download. Prevents updating options.

    Line 2337 (or thereabouts) in sitemap-core.php.

    Line reads “$t = number_format_i18n($i,1);”

    Changed to “$t = number_format($i,1);”

    Not sure where the extra came from on a clean download but ‘problem solved’.
