automatic upgrade takes forever

    Hi,

    today I decided to try the cool “automatic upgrade” function on my site. I had v. 2.8.0. so I thought nothing could go wrong with this just a minor upgrade.
    Well to get to the point. Its been upgrading for few hours now, cant get to the site, cant get to admin, cant get to ftp.
    Its running on a virtual server which should have well enough power..

    What do I do now?
