   I just installed the latest version.

   It does not show up in my settings list, and when I follow the link in the plugin description "Settings → Easy AdSense." it gives me a authorisation error.

   You may have done a partial installation. Try copying all the files in the package to your plugin directory.

   There is no error, it just says "Je hebt geen toegangsrechten voor deze pagina."

   What is like, "You have no access to this page".

   Wait... strange, it was deactivated. After activation it works again.

   I had the exact same issue. After I used the automatic upgrade feature, all of my ads vanished. I went to the plugins page and clicked on the Adsense -> Settings link next to the pluggin. It took me to a page that stated that I did not have permission to be there and showed nothing. I also noted that there was no Easy Adsense submenu under the Settings tab at this point.

   Based upon this thread, I went back to the pluggins page and tried clicking on the "activate pluggin" link under Easy Adsense EVEN THOUGH wordpress already showed it as activated and the auto updated reported the pluggin as having been reactivated successfully.

   This fixed everything. The menu came back. The settings came back. The ads came back and there was no more errors about insufficient permissions.

   I upgraded 2.4x Ez-Adsense to current and get the "AdSense Now!: Error locating or loading index.php" error on the dashboard. I then did the manual upgrade, deactivated and activated as indicated here, but still have this error. My ads seem ok and the weird thing is, Adsense Now! isnt installed on my blog, just Ez-Adsense.

    This is strange. Is it possible that you may have accidentally downloaded AdSense Now and uploaded the admin.php to your site? I think the safest bet now is to delete your plugins/easy-adsenser/ directory, download easy-adsenser.2.4.zip again, unzip and upload. Once that is done, please verify that your options and adsense code are correct.

    Auto installed on 22 July.
    No access to settings page screen popped up.
    Plug in was deactivated.
    Re-activated and all seems OK.

    We don't know Manoj!
    Just auto-upgraded the plugin on WP 2.7.1 and got error about the default.php
    Re-activated the plugin and everything was back!

    After activate easy adsense, usink link settings->easy adsense
    next msgs in empty screen:
    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page
