   How do I know whether to approve it or not?

   Take a look at the site pinging you back to see if it looks spammy. If not, go for it.

   Thanks. I appreciate the feedback.

   I'm thinking it looks spammy but I am so new to this.

   This is their url http://www.web2designer.org/news/index.php/2009/07/web2design-feels-like-coming-home-news/

   It's a webdesign site based in India.

   And when I click to see the Comment box on my blog entry, where there should be a comment, there's just the empty comment box.

   So, does this seem like spam to you?
