Link Catagories Order

Depends on which links tag you’re using to display them.

get_links_list() lets you sort link categories by name (alphabetically) or id:

With the others, you could run an instance for each link category, and thereby force the order (which is a bit much for some having to set up a links tag for every link category they have, but when you want control…). See the full list of Links Manager tags and there options here:
