Perhaps Tyler Longren (author of the Thumbnail Viewer plugin) can comment: visiting your site in Safari pops up all sorts of malware warnings. I was trying to check your site for more detailed instructions on using this seemingly very useful plugin.

Wow, wish I would have noticed this post long before now.
Anyway, longren.org was infected with the go00ogle.net malware. This happened due to a problem with the Audio Player plugin.
Some malicious javascript got inserted into the audio-player.js file from that plugin. After disabling the plugin the problem went away.
Longren.org has since been removed from Google's list of suspicious websites, as you can see here:
