[Plugin: openid] Get a blank page when verifying my openid

I am using my domain name as openid (it’s a single user blog). When I try to sign-in any openID enabled site using my domain, it takes me to the identity verification page http://domain.com/openid/server?lots_of_stuff here, clicking either continue or cancel opens a blank page without doing anything.

I am using openid 3.2.2 with wordpress 2.8, but I had this problem with wordpress 2.7 too.
