   Hello.
   I am trying to put some fields and a submit button in one of my posts. I figured out how to get the field in there, but I am having a hard time making the submit button actually work so it send theinformation the fields to my email.

   Do I need some sort of plug-in, or is it just some coding?

   You need a forms plugin.
