Share a different page than the page where the Sociable buttons are (1 post)

    I am having a page called "Subscribe" where the links to our RSS feeds are and a description about RSS. On this page I would like to have the Sociable buttons, but they should share the blog homepage URL instead of the "Subscribe" page. Is this possble?
