   When I attempt to add a new page I obtain the following error msg

   http://prisonmed.com/wp-admin/page-new.php 404-Page Not Found

   Obviously I am missing page-new.php, and I do not see it in the inove zip file.

   Your suggestions are appreciated

   You will find page-new.php from wordpress's installation zip file and not the theme's file. Check wordpress's zip file which you used for installing for the missing page-new.php file in wp-admin directory.
