I created a version of the andyblue theme with multilingual support. It is called i-andyblue (just search google for "i-andyblue", it is the first hit). It has been tested with wordpress 2.7.1.
Currently the theme supports English and Greek, but you can add support for your own language by editing the translate.po file in the "languages" directory of the theme.
