   I'm using the atahualpa theme.
   I'm building some pages that I do not want to appear in the navigation menu. How do I do this?

   Under Appearance->Atahualpa Theme Options->Page Menu Bar see the Exclude pages from Page Menu Bar? option.

   Use this plugin if you can't determine your page IDs:
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/reveal-ids-for-wp-admin-25/
