Remove Unused Images

One of my wordpress blogsites has been going for quite a while now.
18months.
I’ve been using it as a CMS.
I’ve recently deleted lots of old content that is no longer relevant or correct. (Posts and Pages)

However files that I’ve uploaded remain on my server’s upload folder.

Is there a plugin that looks at the uploads folder and suggests a list of files to delete which are not being linked to by any of the pages or posts?

Failing that, is there any link checkers that you can install on a site, to do this type of thing for me? (I’m talking about 1000+ images, so would rather not do it by hand)
