Hello,
I am autor of TopList.cz plugin. You can find it on address

Unfortunatelly, when I go to the admin section of plug-in and try to generate and download a POT file, I receive an empty file (filesize = 0 bytes). I don't know what is wrong.
Please, can somebody help me?

All right, the problem was caused by a fact that my PHP file in the project was in Unicode, not in ASCII. When I switched it to ASCII, it started to work.
Anyway, it still would be great if WordPress plug-in directory would start supporting Unicode as well.
