I have tried to download contact form 7.1 10.0.1 and believe to upload it but it does not show up as a plugin in my WP admin page. What am I doing wrong? Bear with me, I am a newbie and do not understand real techie talk. Thanks in advance.

See the second video in the post below for how to manually install a plugin. However, if you have WP 2.7 or later, you can install via the WP admin.
