Installed WordPress 2.8 through Fantastico and was delighted to see eCommerce offered as a plug-in.
After entering my products I am still getting a yellow box that says Products page is not set. . . This is set in the Shop Setting Page.
I don’t see a Shop Setting Page. There is a Products menu with Settings as the last offering, but nothing in there about pages?
I’ve watched the video and it could have been more detailed but I don’t think the information was there either.
Any information or suggestoins gratefully appreciated.

I decided to go back to watch the video in case I missed something.
It seems the information is all there – even though it is presented very quickly. I had to watch it three times to catch it all.
The problem seems to be that the plug-in doesn’t respond in actuality the way it does on the video.
Settings accesses okay to fill in all the information and accept the updates and then keeps defaulting back to the Settings page. On my screen I cannot access the Payment Page or Presentation Page from the top menu and there doest no appear to be another way to do it.
Again – Anyone have any input?

Hi i am new to wordpress and to the ecommerce module. i was having the same problem and by luck stumbled acroos how to access the payment page . if you right click on the tab and then open in new window or tab you get that page in editable format
also “Products page is not set. . . This is set in the Shop Setting Page.” you need to set the option “Select what product group you want to display on the products page by default.: Example categorybracelet 1Example Brand ” in the settings / presentation tab
hope that helps
