   It's not just when I move servers but it seems to happen to old posts. Check out this post. It's long but just scroll down and you'll see what I mean. Those � beside the numbers. http://windows7center.com/news/12-things-you-need-to-know-about-before-installing-windows-7-beta/#comments

   Why do I get them and how do I prevent it? I am using utf-8 encoding I believe, so asian fonts can be supported as well

   You have some non-utf-8 characters.
