Like what I see but 3 things don't work:
1) Added a Custom Field "picture" with the URL and when the post is displayed the picture is missing.
2) Adding the pop up text doesn't work
3) No clue how to add more pictures to the rotating ones displayed

1) use the word "image" instead
2) where? and what are you doing?
3) so what plugin are we even talking about?
