   I'm new to all this. I'm wanting to use WP to build and maintain pages on my existing web site. Yahoo is my webhost/ISP. They say they'll: "activate WordPress on your site, and provide the technical infrastructure you need to run WordPress (PHP and MySQL)" but they don't otherwise 'provide support.'

   I assume I can use wp on my web hosted by yahoo, just that I'll have to turn to others if I run into problems, correct?

   I see that Yahoo has a blog management page, where I can activate Wordpress.

   I assume I should use this? And does this replace any of the steps in installing WP: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

   (I have downloaded the files to my computer but have not yet unzipped or installed)
