elizabatuI am having the same problem as 3nikki. When I try to enter account user name and all the settings for the plugin, then click on "save changes", it throws me back into the "general settings" menu and my changes aren't saved. As a result I've had the notice to enter my user name at the top of my admin page and can't get rid of it unless I deactivate plugin.
I've submitted a ticket to chitika for this, and the reply said that the plugin had been fixed and to download again. This did NOT work. I resubmitted ticket and that was over a week ago - haven't heard anything at all. Can someone please address this?
