   Hi everybody,

   I'm looking for a tagging system like facebooks to tag items in a picture. Is there such a plugin? The css is pretty straight-forward (http://www.designers-chair.com/2009/03/facebook-picture-tagging-system/) so creating such a plugin should not be really hard.

   Second that request for a similar plugin as Phototagger is not fully compatible with Wordpress 2.8

   I've emailed Jon and he is definitely going to fix it to work with the latest version of WP, he's just swamped right now. He recommends keeping an eye on the blog or add the RSS, because he'll make an announcement when it's updated.

   I'm very much looking forward to it :)

   Hello,

   I'm the author of this plugin--I just wanted to give you a timeframe. I hope to have everything working in 2.8 in the next month or so.

   I've got many ideas for new options/configurations, but if you've got any suggestions I'd love to hear them.

   I also plan to see if I can do it using the CSS method linked to above (thanks for that link adnanoner, I hadn't seen it before. Right now my code is very JS heavy and most of time I spent on the first version was browser compatibility.

   I'll keep you posted..
