   I've just switched from having comments disabled on my site to enabling them and giving Akismet a go. I've got v2.2.4 installed and so far it has already caught the two attempts at spam comments. That pleases me.

   I see it has its own dashboard stats page, though, and that's where my problem is.

   The chart is displayed, but with no data. When my cursor is somewhere over the chart, a box that says "Undefined" at the top-left corner pops up. I know 2 caught spam messages isn't much, but that's certainly not undefined.

   What might be causing this?

   In case someone comes across this with the same problem, I saw Akismet has a contact form and sent the same question there. Their response:

   Thanks for the report. 'Undefined' is a bug, we'll fix that.

   As for the spam count: Akismet isn't the only reason a comment might
   appear in your spam tab. WordPress has some simple spam catching tools
   of its own, including the Comment Blacklist feature on the Settings /
   Discussion tab of your dashboard, plus a couple of other little tricks.
   Unfortunately WordPress doesn't tell you which spams were caught by
   Akismet and which were caught by something else.

   I think that's probably what has happened here - those two spams weren't
   caught by Akismet but by something else.

   So, while it's not technically resolved, it's a bug on their server side of things and there's not much I can do to fix that. I'm marking this as resolved.
