My toolbar disappears when I make a new post. How do I stop this from happening?

    When I create or edit a post, my toolbar (with the bold, italic, link buttons, etc.) shows, then disappears when the page is fully loaded. I need this to stay showing and I do not know how to get it back. How do I do this, and why is it disappearing?
