   I am missing the edit and publish buttons when I work with posts. Quickpress is OK.

   Tried to post a screen shot here and can't figure which code to do so.

   Did you just upgrade or add a new plugin?

   Yes, I just upgraded to 2.8. What plugin could affect my buttons?

   Resolved. Deactivated a plug in called "Remove admin meta boxes" and the buttons came back.

   I hsve this problem ; I have disabled all plugins and activated the default theme, i have logged out and back in again, i can not make new posts but the quick edit option is accessable for old posts.

   i upgraded to the latest version (2.8.1) and then my trouble began...

   HELP please - i am totally lost as to what to do next?

   Is there a way of going back a version?
