• I am sure that this has already been addressed somewhere in the forum, if it is I have overlooked it and I apologize, but I am having a difficult time trying to get my time adjusted right. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!

Thanks for answering me back I am running wordpress-1.0.1-miles.

The easiest way is going to be to make a post….check the time is uses and then add or subtract from that to get the time you want it to be using for that post.
Examples…
Your post displays 5 p.m., but you want it to be for 8 p.m., then your offset to use for the settings is 3.
Your post displays 11 a.m., but you want it to be for 6a.m., then your offset to use is -5.
I hope this helps.

Thanks that worked for me!

I’ve gotten the timezone set at -5 (I’m east coast US). When I post it displays the correct time, but says I’m MST, when in fact I’m EST – two zones nearer UTC.

Posting in HERE I notice that it’s set at UTC, giving me a time of 20:11 when it’s actually 15:11 here now

RSS time zone issue: GMT time + GMT time zone or local time + local time zone

I subscribe some feed published by wordpress: I found the timezone problem. the post always shown published tomorrow.

current wordpress default pubDate field is localtime + GMT timezone:

but feed publish in China: it should be

or convert time to GMT and +0000

Thanks
