   How do I write so when I use FLV files I also get a preview image on the video?

   This is covered on the help page. ;)

   If you're embedding http://site.com/video.flv, it defaults to http://site.com/video.jpg. You can manually set the preview URL via the image parameter:

   [flv image="image url here"]video url here[/flv]
