   Hello, I updated to 2.8.3. Normally I do this manually via FTP; removing all files and uploading new files. But this time I used the backend to auto update.

   I notice that logging into wp-admin, or clicking on any backend function takes about 2 minutes to load a page!

   The front end of my site runs fine and at normal speed.

   I have only 6 plugins.

   I've tried wp-admin on Safari, Firefox, Camino and no luck.

   Hi,

   Check with these options:

   - Disable all the plugins from database or rename the plugins directory from FTP.
   - Redo the upgrade and upgrade again manually.
