Combining search and users of two blogs

    Hi all,

    I’m investigating the possibility of running two WordPress blogs side by side, one for normal blogging and one as a directory but making it appear like they’re actually the same site. This makes sense structurally and I can obviously make them look the same, but raises problems for registration and search.

    Has anyone seen any advice for combining the search and registrations of two blogs running side by side?
