my blog Thumbnail & pic problem can’t show on facebook

    When I share my posts on facebook by using the “add link” on the write column and it will show up an excerpt and let you choose a thumbnail to go with the post.

    Facebook link can’t detect the post neither the thumbnail and will only just put a simple url of my blog home address.

    Anyone know how to fix it?
