Looking for new theme reco

Hi, I’ve invested a lot of time into making my blog display correctly, only to have it fail with new WP and browser updates. I’m about to give up on ever getting my theme (Ikarus White) to work correctly because it does not appear to be currently supported.

Am looking for recommendations for a new theme that:

– Works in WP 2.8, and all current popular browsers.
– Will be updated when WP or browsers are updated.
– Plays well with popular plugins.
– Is advertising-enabled (sidebar a must) and allows the publisher to insert advertiser jpegs with hyperlinks (not AdSense ads).
– Allows images within postings.
– Offers social networking links.
– Offers some limited support.
– Has a professional/corporate image.
– Widget enabled; has some non-widget options that can be easily customized by the blog owner (with some limited HTML skills).

Am also looking for the following – could come from the theme or from plugins:
– Ability to deliver free digital content upon demand.
– Allows user to purchase digital or non-digital content, has ability to restrict access for digital content.
– Ability to post podcasts.

I’m hoping that this thread will also help others in similar circumstances. Thank you in advance – any ideas are greatly appreciated.
