Several times our administrators and some clients have not been able to access the accounts using their passwords. I have gained access once or twice, but no more than that if at all. We have to keep having the system send us new passwords...
Once in, I change it to my own selected p/w; but it does not remember it later on... Is this a bug that can be fixed?
