I am having a problem with WP-DB Manage, I have a BIG RED message at the top of my admin console, here's what it says. "Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public" The below, it shows this. To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /home/content/t/i/m/timage/html/theatlantaweddingphotographer/wp-content/backup-db Again, no such path exists, and my .htaccess is not in wp-dbmanager folder. What is going on here? This problem did not exist before upgrading. If I deactivate DB the message goes away.

Thanks Lester! That fixed it as far as I can tell, I tried the test you suggested but I got a 404 error instead of a 403 restricted message. Here was my path. com/wp-content/backup-db/.htaccess Wordpress is installed as a CMS on the site.
I mean check the folder URL (without the .htaccess) behind in the URL

Still just getting a "page not found" there is no indication if it is a 404 or 403 error.
1. What is the URL you are typing?
2. You should there is the backup folder?
