   I have two columns set in the Edit link Page.
   Every time I reload the page (Add New link / Edit link), the page display 1 column only. All blocks of the side column are still in it, I just to have (Screen Options/) click on "2" to get the column back, with all the blocks ok.

   Where could it come from ?

   Try deactivating all plugins and check to see if this resolves the problem. If it does, activate the plugins one by one - checking Add New link / Edit link after each re-activation - until you find the problematic plugin(s).
