It isn´t possible to check the blocked comments, so you can not control what is deleted or not. So, it makes no sense to use a PlugIn wich i haven´t any control of what it´s deleting or not. Sorry, but this is no usefull Anti-SPAM Tool so far.

WP-SpamFree is for designed people who just want to blog without spam - those who don't want to worry about spam queues and the like. There are other good plugins for people who want to be able to manually check spam comments before deleting them. It's just a matter of personal taste on that one.
That's actually not accurate that it's not possible to check the blocked comments. In the options for the plugin, you can turn on "Blocked Comment Logging Mode" which gives you the ability to log any comments that were blocked by the plugin.
