[Plugin: Sociable] Automatic Tweet of posts

    Would it be possible to implement a feature to automatic twit new posts to a specified twitter account?

    I realse there are *many* plugins that does this but it’d be better if it can be all done in one plugin. Would this be a plausible feature?
