Quick Edit and Tags won’t work under 2.8

    It seems that Quick Edit and Tags no longer work under the new version.

    When I click on Quick Edit nothing happens.

    When I try to add a tag manually or click on frequently used tags link, nothing happens.

    Tried in both Safari and Firefox.
