Plugin to resize images in frontpage posts?

    Right now I am using a summary format on my blog frontpage. I want to make it so that the image I include in the post is automatically resized to no bigger than 200 pixels on my main blog page no matter how large the size of the first image in my full post.

    Is there a plugin for this?
