I'm using the GD Star Plugin. I installed both versions 1.4.3 and 1.4.4 and they both give me these errors.

Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/iretroar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gd-star-rating/code/t2/render.php on line 481

Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/iretroar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gd-star-rating/code/t2/render.php on line 486

Any fixes? I need to have the site working by tonight for a launch!

99.9% is that you set something wrong. I don't know exactly what are you doing, but the errors you get are casued if the rendering templates are not set right.

I installed the exact same theme and plugin files in two different WordPress instances on my server. The WordPress blog installed on my root folder gives me the above errors, while a second blog in a subfolder of that same root folder works fine.

The theme/template files are exactly the same on both blogs. The only files that would be different are some plugins in the root folder blog were auto-installed with the WordPress plugin tool/browser, and all the plugins on the subfolder blog were installed via ftp.

Maybe there is a problem with access rights to files or folders. Plugin needs to create some additional folders in wp-content.

I get the exact same problem. there's no problem with the access rights on the folders as far as I know, since all the folders were created. I reinstalled the database also, don't know if that would have fixed any problem, but the error is still there.

I've used both 2.7 and 2.8 and received these errors on both.

New version will be released on thursday, I hope that I will be able to find the problem. I have checked with few other people, but so far this problem is very rare, only few reported cases.

Would it have anything to do with installing 2 instances of WordPress on the same server and activing GDStarRating on both instances? Thanks for looking into this.

I have the same problem, and i have tried a lot things to fix it but i couldn't fix that problem.
I tried the plugin with wp 2.7 and 2.8 and the problem still there.

I only installed the plugin and then active it with the original them of wordpress and also the problem still exist.
