First of all, the plug-in works as advertised and I appreciate it. But as I was testing the site I disabled my styles only to discover a link that was previously hidden (via CSS) in my footer. This link led to http://www.sterling-adventures.co.uk/blog/, the website of the plug-in's author.

Now in the plug-in's description, the author asks for a donation or a link back to his site for kudos which I would be happy to do but he never disclosed this link his plug-in adds to your footer. The fact that he hid it is even worse. Not cool.

This is not accurate at all! Please check the configuration options!
There is an option "Credit" that clearly describes this feature. The user can easily turn the credit on and off - you have complete control, and as (correctly) stated, I simply ask to leave it on if you value the plug-in. Cool.

In the latest version (released after my original post), yes, the option to disable the invisible credit is there. But I don't recall seeing it in the previous one. But if it was, then I over looked it and I apologize for calling you out. Thanks for responding Peter.

The author credit option was added to this plugin 14 months ago:

Closing this, as it's clearly documented and perfectly fine.
