Hello guys,
I need urgent help. Please give my your kind response. I updated my blog to 2.8 when it was available. Every thing else is working just great but There is no Save Changes Button Under my General Settings Tab. please sir any one can help me please.

I did auto reinstall of 2.8 and it returned to normal ONCE
next time I refreshed the page it stopped serving page so that time settings, save button do not appear, and click on help does not work even though one can edit but not save the TAGLINE box
Did you deactivate all plugins?
