Can’t insert image from computer – browse is disabled

I’ve been trying to insert an image from my computer…but when I click “insert media type”, the window that pops up doesn’t allow me to browse my computer. There’s a button there, but when I click it, nothing happens. I’ve inserted images before, so I’m not sure how to fix this bug. Please help!
