[Plugin: Custom Field Template] I vote for integrating CFT to WordPress core

    Actually Custom Field Template Plugin is one of most useful WP plugins. Its functions go beyond usual “add-on” concept to solve a really important problem in WordPress: CFT give an interface to WP Custom Field engine. No. CFT allows us construct, adapt and layout our own Custom Field interface!.

    Maybe WordPress custom fields (core) is the most powerful engine available to web developers to make highlevel sites, because throught them (custom fields) we can customize all things existing in the system. We can retrieve any data in any place, and create complex relationships to make anything in an easy way.

    Those are the reasons I vote for CFT to be integrated in the WP core, (at least a lite version of it).

    In the present, CFT is a free-bug addon. The developer, Hiroaki, maintains permanent activity about plugin evolution, and permanent interactivity with WP community requets. I don’t see problem to WordPress Core Team think about this proposal.

    I agree. This plugin is ridiculously good and makes wordpress go from good to amazing.

    Totally agree! This is an awesome plugin which makes it possible for non-programmers to easily customise their WordPress editing environment. Would love to see this integrated so everyone can benefit.

    Yes, it is very good. I just wish there was some documentation to understand what it can do.

    This plugin gives wordpress all the functionality of expression engine, plus everything else great about wordpress.
    Include this into the core and sort out the stupid autop functions and you have the best cms out there.

    Thanks for the Kevin’s link! I will study it carefully. But for the moment, I’m totally lost in the option list. For most of the options, I don’t know what that option mean and how to set it up.
    If anybody write an instruction about the CFT options, please do share it! Thanks!
