   Hi, have very little experience of HTML or of entering code, but I was wondering if there's any way to change the background colour, borders, and general appearance of the lists generated by this plugin?

   Yes, you can do it by editing the CSS file that comes with the plugin.
   You will need some CSS knowledge, but there are all styles to customize the list.

   Many thanks! I managed to do that.

   One more question, I hope you don't mind:
   How/where can I change the list title from the page name to "See also:"?

   Take a look at http://alkivia.org/plugins/pagelist/inline-tags/
   You can see the third parameter is the custom title you can set.

   [pagelist 20,0,See Also:]
