First problem - it took perfectly legitimate comments and put them in Spam folder.
Second problem - on uninstall it actually asks for security code before submitting a comment. It's supposed to be Captcha free.
Third problem - I deactivated, uninstalled and deleted the plugin from the dashboard - still asks for security code. Used FTP to delete files, no change.
Cleared cache - still asks for code.

I think these problems are due to some other plugin. WP Captcha-Free blocks spam comments while submitting only and does not put any comments in spam folder. It does not ask for any security code either.

Do check if you have Super-Cache or any other similar plugins switched on.
