   How many times/areas do I have to replace the olg kubrickheader.jpg with newheader.jpg. Would it be easier to delete the old kubrickheader.jpg in the folder and rename the new header "kubrickheader.jpg" and upload that rather than changing all the file names in the css sheet and header template thing?

   That's what I did (renamed my new header to kubrickheader.jpg) and it worked like a charm.
