   I've looked at the ratings plugin a bit but I was wondering if it's possible, how and if there's any way that I can do something sort of like this.

   Say I designate one category on my site to allow ratings, would there also then be a way to make it so that the top rated posts in that category could be shown in my sidebar, say the top 10?

   Hopefully you all understand what I'm saying.

   I'm pretty sure not that many people use the ratings plugin. That's why you haven't gotten any help with it.
