   Ok - so I need some HELP PLEASE - what in the world happened - what I thought I was downloading a plugin to help me with the right click save as/disable - instead I get this!!! I can't get back into my wordpress file to do anything now.. help - what do I need to do???

   FTP into your site and delete the wp-content/plugins/wordpress folder.

   Delete the offending plugin via FTP.
